Body Composition Training Program for our Female Athletes (BCT)
This individualized program is designed specifically for our female athletes to achieve a healthy athletic physique with customized goal setting that integrates with the player's daily schedule.
By targeting specific areas prone to weight gain, the BCT program facilitates a healthy athletic BMI (Body Mass Index) and a healthy athletic body fat composition (fat to muscle ratio) by increasing metabolism and sculpting the body.
BCT is closely monitored and tracked for each player's progress to ensure optimal improvement and continuos motivation. The program is complimented with nutritional guidance and counseling to achieve healthy eating habits and a healthy body weight, both critical to athletic performance.

Coaching Experience
Linzi has 18 years of experience as a competitive gymnastics and conditioning coach as well as experience with program design and and implementation for various gymnastic facilities. She has worked with several college gymnasts preparing and conditioning them for team entrance. Linzi has been a personal trainer for seven years, designing and creating specific individual programs tailored to her clients needs.
